Civilian Complaint Review Boards

In order to hold Police accountable, communities require a Civilian Complaint Review Board. The NJ Supreme Courts Decision to deny Civilian Complaint Review Boards the power to subpoena and investigate was a tone deaf response to the National Movement to End Police Brutality. We must organize and support legislation that establishes CCRBs Statewide with the powers to subpoena and investigate.
